You are about to book our family-friendly detached house in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the grocery shops (bakers, butchers, supermarkets) as well as the open meadows, forests and fields in 750m altitude. Comfort is guaranteed: timelessly renovated in 2019, with upscale amenities and inspired by caring hearts. The spacious house and the large private garden is yours alone! Expect to find all you need to have a perfect stay.

Laundry room: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden: Detached house surrounded by garden with two shady apple trees and barbecue. Two parking spaces available on the property and free public parking. An electric car can be charged at the house with charging power limited to 2.4kW. 22kW connection in 800m. Wifi up to 50Mbit/s Expect to find everything you need for a perfect stay for one or two families with small and big children or as an adult travel group with up to 8 people plus an infant.

The neighbourhood is quiet and helpful. Within walking distance are Celtic graves and the Sunthauser lake to visit. Beautiful circular hiking trails through meadows and forests lure to rest. A Nordic walking trail leads past the house. The Black Forest and Lake of Constance as well as the fascinating cities of Freiburg, Constance, Zurich and Stuttgart can be reached within 60 to 90 minutes by car.
